TeamPick Privacy Policy

What we collect
- An anonymous user ID created when you open the app, so your groups stay with you.
- If you choose to sign in with Google: your Google account ID and the basic profile Google shares (email, name). Sign in is needed only to create a group; joining and using a group does not require it.
- If you choose to sign in with Apple (iPhone app): your Apple account ID, and the email and name only if you choose to share them (Apple may give a private relay email instead).
- What you type into a group: group name, player nicknames, team results and win records.
- If you turn on alerts: your own push on/off choice for each group, your device push token, and a Discord webhook address the group owner enters. TeamPick no longer offers KakaoTalk alerts (removed October 9, 2026), and Kakao tokens saved for that feature are deleted.
- If you use the TeamPick Discord bot: using /teams in a channel creates a TeamPick group for that channel (or uses the one already linked) and links them, storing the Discord server and channel IDs and the group. The names you type become the group roster, the teams and wins chosen with the buttons are recorded in that group, and teams drawn in that group on the web or app are posted to that channel. Discord user IDs are not stored. If the bot is removed from the server or the channel is deleted, the link is deleted.
How we use it
Only to run the app: saving groups, showing the same draw to everyone in a group, calculating win rates and sending the alerts you turned on. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Where it is stored
Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Messaging) and Vercel host the service. Group data is visible only to members of that group.
Deleting your data
Email orilabs2026+teampick@gmail.com with your group code or the Google or Apple account you used and we will delete your account and its data within 30 days.
If you signed in with Google or Apple, you can also delete your account yourself at any time in Settings → Delete account (app or web). This deletes your account and your device push tokens right away, removes you from your groups, deletes groups that only you use, and makes another member the owner of shared groups. If you signed in with Apple, the Apple sign-in token is revoked as well.
Advertising
The Android app shows a banner ad served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use the advertising ID of your device and app interaction data to show and measure ads. You can reset or limit the advertising ID in your Android settings. The iPhone app shows the same kind of ads. On iPhone, AdMob uses the advertising identifier only if you allow tracking when the app asks (App Tracking Transparency), and you can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. If you do not allow it, you still see ads, just not personalized ones. See the Google advertising policy.
In-app purchase (Remove ads)
The Android app offers one optional one-time purchase, Remove ads, which turns off all ads on the device of the person who buys it. Payment is handled by Google Play and we never see your card or payment details. Our purchase service RevenueCat receives an anonymous purchase ID and the purchase record from Google Play, only to confirm the purchase and to restore it if you reinstall the app (Restore purchase). On iPhone the same purchase is offered through the Apple App Store, which handles payment in the same way, and RevenueCat receives the App Store purchase record instead. The app also remembers on your device that ads are removed, so it works offline. If you do not buy anything, no purchase data is collected. See the RevenueCat privacy policy.
Cookies and local storage
The website stores a few small values in your browser (local storage and the sign in storage used by Firebase Authentication): your anonymous user ID, your language choice and small display settings. They keep your groups working on your device and are not used for tracking. We do not use analytics cookies.
Advertising on the website (Google AdSense)
The website does not show ads today. We may show ads served by Google AdSense in the future. If we do, Google and its partners will use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites, and to measure them. You can turn off personalized ads at Google Ads Settings, and learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at this Google page.
Children
TeamPick is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

수집하는 정보
- 앱을 열 때 만들어지는 익명 사용자 ID(내 그룹을 유지하기 위해)
- 구글 로그인을 선택한 경우: 구글 계정 ID와 구글이 제공하는 기본 프로필(이메일, 이름). 로그인은 그룹을 만들 때만 필요하고, 그룹에 참여하고 쓰는 데는 필요 없습니다.
- 애플 로그인을 선택한 경우(아이폰 앱): 애플 계정 ID, 그리고 공유를 선택했을 때만 이메일과 이름(애플이 대신 가려진 중계 이메일을 줄 수 있음).
- 그룹에 입력한 내용: 그룹 이름, 참가자 닉네임, 팀 결과와 승패 기록
- 알림을 켠 경우: 그룹마다 내가 켠 알림(푸시 켬/끔), 기기 푸시 토큰, 방장이 입력한 디스코드 웹훅 주소. 카카오톡 알림은 2026년 10월 9일에 없앴고, 그 기능에 쓰던 카카오 토큰은 삭제합니다.
- 팀뽑기 디스코드 봇을 쓰는 경우: 채널에서 /팀 을 쓰면 그 채널의 팀뽑기 그룹이 만들어지고(이미 연결된 그룹이 있으면 그 그룹) 채널과 연결되며, 디스코드 서버·채널 번호와 연결된 그룹을 저장합니다. 입력한 이름은 그룹 명단이 되고, 버튼으로 고른 팀과 승패는 그 그룹에 기록되며, 웹·앱에서 그 그룹으로 뽑은 팀은 그 채널에 게시됩니다. 디스코드 사용자 ID 는 저장하지 않습니다. 봇이 서버에서 내보내지거나 채널이 지워지면 연결 정보를 지웁니다.
이용 목적
그룹 저장, 그룹원 모두에게 같은 추첨 결과 표시, 승률 계산, 켜 둔 알림 발송에만 씁니다. 개인정보를 판매하거나 광고 프로필에 쓰지 않습니다.
보관 위치
Google Firebase(Cloud Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Messaging)와 Vercel에서 운영합니다. 그룹 정보는 그 그룹 멤버만 볼 수 있습니다.
삭제 요청
orilabs2026+teampick@gmail.com 로 그룹 코드나 사용한 구글·애플 계정을 알려 주시면 30일 안에 계정과 데이터를 삭제합니다.
구글이나 애플로 로그인했다면 앱이나 웹의 설정 → 계정 삭제에서 언제든 직접 지울 수 있습니다. 계정과 기기 푸시 토큰을 바로 지우고, 그룹에서 빠지며, 혼자 쓰던 그룹은 삭제하고, 함께 쓰던 그룹은 다른 멤버를 방장으로 바꿉니다. 애플로 로그인했다면 애플 로그인 토큰도 폐기합니다.
광고
안드로이드 앱에는 Google AdMob 배너 광고가 표시됩니다. AdMob은 광고 표시와 측정을 위해 기기의 광고 ID와 앱 사용 정보를 이용할 수 있습니다. 광고 ID는 안드로이드 설정에서 재설정하거나 제한할 수 있습니다. 아이폰 앱도 같은 광고를 표시합니다. 아이폰에서는 앱이 물을 때 추적을 허용한 경우에만(App Tracking Transparency) AdMob이 광고 식별자를 이용하며, 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. 허용하지 않아도 광고는 나오지만 맞춤 광고가 아닙니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 광고 정책을 참고하세요.
인앱 구매(광고 제거)
안드로이드 앱에는 선택 사항인 1회 구매 상품 「광고 제거」 하나가 있으며, 구매한 사람의 기기에서 모든 광고를 끕니다. 결제는 Google Play가 처리하고 우리는 카드나 결제 정보를 보지 않습니다. 구매 관리 서비스 RevenueCat은 구매 확인과 앱을 다시 설치했을 때의 복원(구매 복원)을 위해서만 익명 구매자 ID와 Google Play 구매 기록을 받습니다. 아이폰 앱에서는 같은 상품을 Apple App Store가 같은 방식으로 처리하고, RevenueCat은 App Store 구매 기록을 받습니다. 오프라인에서도 동작하도록 광고 제거 여부를 기기에 기억합니다. 아무것도 구매하지 않으면 구매 정보는 수집하지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 RevenueCat 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.
쿠키와 브라우저 저장소
웹사이트는 브라우저 저장소(로컬 저장소와 Firebase Authentication 로그인 저장소)에 익명 사용자 ID, 고른 언어, 작은 화면 설정 값만 저장합니다. 이 기기에서 내 그룹이 이어지게 하려는 것이며 추적에 쓰지 않습니다. 분석용 쿠키는 쓰지 않습니다.
웹사이트 광고(Google AdSense)
지금 웹사이트에는 광고가 없습니다. 앞으로 Google AdSense 광고를 표시할 수 있으며, 그 경우 Google과 파트너는 쿠키를 사용해 이 사이트와 다른 사이트 방문 기록을 바탕으로 광고를 표시하고 측정합니다. 맞춤 광고는 Google 광고 설정에서 끌 수 있고, Google이 파트너 사이트의 정보를 사용하는 방식은 Google 안내 페이지에서 볼 수 있습니다.
아동
팀뽑기는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
